Once decided upon, events and tours will go ahead unless there is a technical requirement – space, management, or facilities.
Often, group reservations for admissions or lunch must be made in advance and are dependent on the number of attendees. In this circumstance, there will be clear requirements for advance registration. In some cases, a last-minute decision to attend is not a problem.
Sign-up sheets are available at monthly meetings.
If you cannot attend a meeting to sign up, please advise Pat Curley if you intend to join the tour.
If you must cancel for any reason, or will be late in arriving at the designated meeting place, please inform Pat or the tour coordinator as soon as possible so we can avoid delays in starting the tour.
Please review and follow the Tour Rules and Guidelines below to ensure we all have an enjoyable time on the tour.

Saturday, April 18th: Spring Tune-up and Tech session plus Ladies tea.
Location: Al Glen's shop: 13815 - 90th. Ave. Surrey
Time: 10:00 am

Members can bring their cars or parts for maintenance or just show up to help and learn.
Please try to park in front of Al’s or down the street but not directly across from his house.
Bring $10 because we are planning to order in some pizza and drinks for the guys.
Ladies
are encouraged to attend and socialize inside.
Please let Al know ahead of time if you have any tune-up
needs or anything else you would like to work on or need help with, so we can prepare.

Name Tags
We now have the capacity to create attractive new membership badges for meetings, tours and public events. These can include photos of members’ cars and logos of the LGMAC, the Ford logo and national organizations. Charge: $10.00 for full card; $5.00 for basic.

- Member's Full Name
- For full card either supply a photo as an attachment to your e-mail or advise if you would like to use the picture in the Photo Gallery of the website, plus the year of your car or truck.
- Confirm if you are a MAFCA member to include logo.
