Please contact Bill Day if you have any ideas for tours. He will gladly help to organize the tours but needs your ideas.

Once decided upon, events and tours will go ahead unless there is a technical requirement – space, management, or facilities. Often, group reservations for admissions or lunch must be made in advance and are dependent on the number of attendees. In this circumstance, there will be clear requirements for advance registration. Sign-up sheets are available at monthly meetings.

If you cannot attend a meeting to sign up, please advise Bill Day if you intend to join the tour.
If you must cancel for any reason, or will be late in arriving at the designated meeting place, please inform Bill or the tour coordinator as soon as possible so we can avoid delays

Saturday, August 11 - Three Garages and a Barbeque Lunch in Surrey

Two dazzling garages of high-end antique vehicles fully restored plus Stan Rothstein’s Time Machine Model A and T collection.

Please meet at 9:30am at the NW corner of the former "Sears" parking lot which is in "Guildford Town Center" shopping mall.
Meet behind the Bank of Montreal and Chevron Gas Station at 152 St and 105 Ave across from the Guildford Recreation Center.
There will be drivers meeting at 9:45am and we will leave promptly at 10:00am on the tour.
If you do not have a Model A on the road please join us in your regular car.
This promises to be a very entertaining day and will be complete with a supplied lunch at Stan and Donna Rothstein's home.
Please bring your own lawn chairs.

Tuesday, August 14 - Monte Robinson’s Bow Valley Farm

8618 Ershig Road, Bow WA
Meet at Ben Tillak’s home - 9672 Terrace Avenue, Blaine at 9:30 am.
At 10:00 am Al Glen will lead us down Chuckanut Drive to Bow.
After some snacks and a short comfort break, Monte will lead us 5 miles to a local malting plant and a tour of its operations, including samples of their output.
Wonderful lunch laid on by Dee and Monte and family members.

August 25 - Blenheim Lodge Run and Show

Ironwood Mall, Steveston, Point Grey, Spanish Banks, Kerrisdale, Blenheim Lodge Show and Shine.

September 12 - Fraser Valley Back Road Reliability Tour – Invitational for Washington Clubs

Our version of the 2017 Mt. Baker Can-Am Reliability Run. Intended joint sponsorship with Pacific Model A Club.
A meeting place close to the Pacific Highway border crossing for American participants and meeting time will be announced.
We will move off as a group and proceed to Pacific Model A Club clubhouse where the Canadian participants will be gathered.
The group will be given printed instructions and will move off for a tour of Fort Langley and proceed to Abbotsford along the banks of the Fraser River. Country roads and farm country typical of the Fraser Valley will be viewed.
We will stop at a riverside park and enjoy a picnic lunch sponsored by the two clubs.
After lunch the tour will proceed through the community of Clayburn, over Sumas Mountain to Sumas Prairie via country roads.
Our destination will be "0" Avenue which is the Canada/USA border heading west for easy access return to the US for our American guests.

This tour is still in the planning stages and further information will be forwarded.
Please register for this event as we would need to know approximate numbers of people participating in order to arrange appropriate food.

Undated - Three Day North Island Trip to Gold River

Day One, meet at Campbell River; Day Two drive to Gold River and return to Campbell River; Day Three return home.
